Scrum Master

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices, with hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. - Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed backlog. - Act as a servant leader and coach to the Agile team, promoting Agile values and principles. - Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth team operations. - Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Foster effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum. - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. -Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms. - Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS. - Experience working with distributed teams. - Technical background or understanding of the software development lifecycle.
