Scrum Master with Project Management Experience Location: Bangalore Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master with project management experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adept at leading agile teams, managing internal and external stakeholders, and help in successful delivery of projects. This role requires a balance of agile leadership and agile project management expertise to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-value outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Scrum Master Duties: Facilitate daily Agile and Scrum events/ceremonies stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices. Remove impediments to ensure team s progress and productivity. Shield the team from external interference to keep them focused on the sprint release goals. Resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. Hands-on experience of Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence, ADO) Project Management Duties: Track project progress, manage risks, and address issues promptly. Stakeholder management, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Agile Leadership: Promote and support agile ways of working within the organization. Mentor team members on agile values, principles, and practices. Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and effectiveness. Implement metrics to track and report on team productivity and project progress. Required Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree and/ Master s degree in any related field Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with Project Management experience Management in recent past is mandatory . Additional previous experience of Project management is an added advantage. Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent. (Mandatory)SAFe Agilist (Preferred) PMI ACP/PMP (Preferred) CSPO (Desirable) Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills (Mandatory) Strong understanding of Scrum and agile framework Proven track record of successful project delivery Proficient in SDLC and ability to understand functional requirements Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, ADO, Trello).
