Job Description

As a Digital Services Scrum Master, you will support a cross-functional product team in adopting and maintaining Agile practices. You ll help facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove basic blockers, and track team progress using Azure DevOps. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about Agile methodology and eager to grow within a collaborative engineering environment. Responsibilities : Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support backlog grooming and sprint goal alignment with the Product Owner Remove or escalate impediments that block team progress Maintain sprint boards and team artifacts in Azure DevOps Promote team accountability, continuous improvement, and Agile values Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and share insights with stakeholders Foster a safe and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and transparency Coordinate cross-time-zone communication (primarily US and India) Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or related field 0-2 years of experience working on Agile software development teams (as intern, analyst, QA, or junior role) Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools (Jira, Trello) Preferred Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) Bonus: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification
