Job Description

We are looking for a SDE Transformer- AI with a passion for LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI model development. You will be part of a cross-functional team working on backend solutions that power AI-driven applications, including LLM fine-tuning, data pipeline development, and model optimization. This role is ideal for someone who has built functional POCs in Generative AI, focusing on data gathering, training, fine-tuning, and improving AI model accuracy. You will work with Python, Django/Flask, MySQL, and GCP, contributing to the backend infrastructure and AI integration. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Django or Flask (MVC frameworks). Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, or optimization. Experience working with AI/ML models, including data preprocessing and model deployment. Familiarity with SQL (MySQL) and data management for AI applications. Exposure to cloud-based AI model deployment (GCP preferred). Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architectures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
