Role & responsibilities Job Description: Service Delivery Management : Oversee end-to-end service delivery of network services, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery and execution of network operations. Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of incidents or service interruptions. Network Operations : Manage and optimize the performance of the network infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and security. Collaborate with network engineering teams to monitor and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring quick resolution. Oversee routine maintenance activities, upgrades, and patch management for network systems. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds expectations. Provide regular updates to clients regarding network performance, service issues, and project progress. Team Leadership and Collaboration : Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and support staff to ensure effective execution of network operations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, IT operations, security) to ensure that service delivery goals are met. Reporting and Documentation : Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on service performance, network health, and incident management. Ensure that network-related documentation, such as configurations, procedures, and compliance records, is up-to-date and accessible. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement in network operations and service delivery. Implement best practices and industry standards in network management and service delivery. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery management with a focus on network operations . Strong understanding of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network security.
