Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Prospect & generate Domestic enterprise Qualified leads through various outreach channels such as Cold Calls, LinkedIn, Email etc. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand the requirements of potential clients. Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders and influencers within target organisations. Collaborate with the sales team to build a healthy pipeline. Meet and exceed monthly, and quarterly number of Qualified leads generation targets and KPIs. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Use CRM software to accurately update lead generation and qualification activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs. Required Skills: Proven track record of success in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably in the software, SAAS, CPAAS or technology industry. Strong communication, objection handling and presentation skills. Ability to understand and articulate value proposition of the solutions. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve common goals. Qualifications: B. Tech & MBA preferred. Fluency in English and one or more regional languages preferred. 2-5 years of experience.
