Job Description

3-6 years of experience in sales development (SDR/BDR), including at least 1 year in a quota-carrying role Demonstrated ability to generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs), manage sales cycles, and secure high-value meetings Process-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Willingness to contribute as an individual performer while transitioning into team leadership Proven experience in recruiting, training, and scaling high-performing SDR teams Proficiency with sales tools, including CRM platforms (Zoho or similar), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation software Collaborative mindset, with experience aligning closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies Skills : - Recruiting, Training & Scaling SDR teams, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales automation tools, Marketing alignment, Lead conversion strategies
