Whizz HR is on a look for a Paid Performance Marketing Manager (SEM, Paid Ads, etc.) to work with an award winning Ad Agency. Role & Responsibilities: Job Description You'd be a perfect fit if you: β love marketing and advertising. β have a passion for ideating, experimenting, and scaling brands. β already have 4 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing. β have expertise in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads and want to further specialize in the same. β are highly data-driven in your research and decision-making. β enjoy collaborating with multiple teams to develop creative and high-converting marketing strategies. β have a strong understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and its impact on ad performance and website sales. β have excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering impactful marketing reports. β set ambitious growth goals and execute them strategically. β take ownership of tasks and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Requirements Requirements: Your broad responsibilities would include: β End-to-End Campaign Management β Handle client projects including audience research, competitor analysis, creative research, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting. β Client Communication & Strategy β Build strong relationships with D2C (E-commerce) brand clients, explain performance strategies, and gain approvals for marketing plans. β Cross-Platform Analytics β Analyze and optimize performance across Google, Meta, and other ad platforms to drive continuous growth. β ROI-Driven Growth β Focus on delivering scalable and profitable growth for D2C (E-commerce) brands by optimizing ad spends and conversion funnels. β Landing Page Optimization β Work closely with design and tech teams to improve landing pages for higher conversion rates based on customer behavior insights. β D2C (E-commerce) Growth Strategy β Guide clients on additional marketing channels that can boost revenue and customer acquisition. β Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing β Stay updated with cutting-edge D2C (E-commerce) marketing trends, share insights, and contribute to a high-performance team environment. β Drive High-Impact Campaigns β Conceptualize and execute high-converting campaigns that align with the brand's goals.
