As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner to clients, identifying top-tier talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You'll play a vital role in bridging the gap between organizations and exceptional candidates, helping shape careers and build impactful teams. WHO CAN APPLY: Should have handled assignments of more than 25 Lakhs and above. Hands-on experience in non-IT senior strategic roles. Versatile recruitment experience and mindset. Should be able to handle 2-3 industry roles easily. Fluent in communicating in English language. Ability to talk to senior leadership candidates efficiently. Multi-Tasking mindset and ability to complete assigned tasks/work within the timeframe. Strong team-player and should be able to build good rapport with internal colleagues. Passionate about Executive Search and Leadership Hiring. Strong in candidate management, negotiation, and interview co-ordination. Work from Office - Monday to Friday (Flexi start time - 8.30 AM to 10.00 AM) - 9 hours shift.
