The Secondary Coordinators key responsibilities include: Ensuring timely, high-quality curriculum delivery and balancing academic and non-academic activities for students. Supporting smooth student transitions, implementing safety policies, and ensuring the well-being of all students and staff. Updating student records, analyzing performance data, and addressing academic concerns. Assisting with staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
