Security Architect - Application Security - SSDLC

Job Description

We need a Security Architect to own and drive Application Security & SSDLC across critical projects. If you excel at Threat Modeling, Security Architecture, DevSecOps integration, and compliance , this role is for you. What You will Do Secure Applications: Implement SSDLC from design to deployment. Assess & Fortify Security: Conduct Threat Modeling, Security Architecture Reviews, SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST . Integrate Security into DevOps: Automate security controls within CI/CD pipelines. Strengthen API & Microservices Security: Secure distributed applications. Train & Enforce Secure Coding: Equip developers with best practices. Manage Audits & Compliance: Ensure alignment with OWASP, SANS, NIST , and regulatory requirements. Lead & Evolve Security Strategy: Manage a small team, improve processes, and enhance security posture. What You Need Experience: 8-12 years in Application Security & Cybersecurity (Banking, Large IT, or Consulting). Expertise: SSDLC, Secure Coding, and Threat Modeling. DevSecOps & Security Tooling (SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST). Microservices, API Security, WAF, API Gateway, Encryption (SSL, HSM, PKI). Compliance & Security Standards (OWASP, SANS, NIST, Security by Design). Preferred Certifications ISO 27001, CISSP, CISA, CSSLP (CEH, C|ASE, GWEB, GPEN are a plus).
