Job Description: Security Gaurd at a luxury resort in South Goa: Job Title: Security Gaurd Location: Luxury Resort, South Goa Job Summary: Security personnel are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, premises, and assets. They monitor and respond to security threats, enforce rules and regulations, and provide assistance to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities: 1. *Patrolling*: Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to detect and prevent security breaches. 2. *Access Control*: Monitor and control access to premises, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter. 3. *Surveillance*: Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms to detect and respond to security incidents. 4. *Incident Response*: Respond to security incidents, such as alarms, fires, or medical emergencies. 5. *Crowd Control*: Manage crowds and ensure that individuals are not putting themselves or others at risk. 6. *Enforcing Rules and Regulations*: Enforce rules and regulations, such as no smoking or no trespassing. 7. *Providing Assistance*: Provide assistance to individuals in need, such as first aid or directions. 8. *Reporting Incidents*: Report security incidents and write detailed reports. 9. *Maintaining Equipment*: Maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras and alarms. 10. *Collaborating with Law Enforcement*: Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to prevent and investigate crimes. Requirements: 1. *Physical Ability*: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and run. 2. *Communication Skills*: Good communication and interpersonal skills. 3. *Observation Skills*: Ability to observe and detect security breaches. 4. *Decision-Making Skills*: Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations. 5. *Certifications*: Valid certifications in security, first aid, and CPR. 6. *Background Check*: Ability to pass a background check. Working Conditions: 1. *Shift Work*: Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 2. *Outdoor Work*: Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. 3. *High-Stress Environment*: Work in a high-stress environment, responding to security incidents.
