Job Description

1. Surveillance and Monitoring Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems. Conduct regular patrols around the premises to detect suspicious activities. Check for any security breaches or unauthorized access. 2. Access Control Verify and screen visitors, employees, and contractors before granting access. Maintain entry and exit logs. Issue visitor passes and ensure proper identification. 3. Emergency Response Respond quickly to alarms and security threats. Handle emergency situations such as fire, medical emergencies, or criminal activities. Assist in evacuations and follow emergency procedures. 4. Protection of Property and Assets Prevent theft, vandalism, or any damage to company property. Ensure that all doors, windows, and entry points are properly secured. 5. Crowd Control & Conflict Management Manage large gatherings or events within the premises. De-escalate conflicts and handle disputes in a professional manner. 6. Reporting and Documentation Maintain daily activity reports and incident logs. Report any suspicious activities, security violations, or hazards to the management. Cooperate with law enforcement if required. 7. Compliance with Security Policies Enforce company security policies and regulations. Conduct security awareness training for employees if required. 8. Assistance to Employees and Visitors Provide directions and assistance to employees and visitors. Escort staff or guests when necessary, especially in high-risk situations.
