Security Officer

Job Description

1. Security Management & Supervision Oversee the overall security of the company's premises, employees, and assets. Develop and implement security policies and procedures. Supervise security guards and assign duties accordingly. 2. Risk Assessment & Threat Prevention Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential threats. Implement preventive measures to mitigate security risks. Ensure strict control of entry and exit points. 3. Surveillance & Monitoring Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control mechanisms. Conduct routine patrols to detect and deter security threats. Investigate security breaches, thefts, or unauthorized access incidents. 4. Emergency Response & Crisis Management Develop emergency response plans for fire, theft, vandalism, or other crises. Train employees and security personnel on emergency protocols. Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services if required. 5. Personnel & Asset Protection Ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and high-value assets. Verify identities and screen visitors before granting access. Maintain records of all security incidents and daily reports. 6. Compliance & Legal Regulations Ensure adherence to company policies and legal security requirements. Conduct security audits and implement corrective measures. Stay updated with government regulations related to private security. 7. Training & Discipline Train security staff in patrolling, incident handling, and emergency procedures. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism within the security team.
