Security Supervisor

Job Description

Supervision and Leadership: Oversee daily security operations, manage a team of security personnel, and provide guidance and training. Security Operations: Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities. Risk Management: Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with security policies. Incident Response: Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents, and liaise with law enforcement and other emergency services as needed. Communication and Collaboration: Work with other hotel departments, such as front desk, facilities management, and HR, to integrate security measures into daily operations. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare reports on security incidents and breaches, and provide recommendations for improvement. Training and Development: Provide training and support to security personnel on security protocols and emergency response procedures. Asset Protection: Secure hotel assets, including equipment, supplies, and valuables, and prevent theft and damage.
