Job Summary The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all security operations at the manufacturing facility, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets. This role involves managing the security team, monitoring surveillance systems, enforcing security protocols, and coordinating with external agencies as required. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel, including shift scheduling. Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles as per company policy. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, alarms, and other surveillance systems. Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any irregularities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
