Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant and an Articled Assistant to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. This role involves regular monthly compliances related to GST, Income Tax, and accounting purposes, as well as client and bank interactions. Key Responsibilities: GST Compliance: Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns.Reconciliation of GST input tax credit and output tax. TDS Compliance: Filing TDS returns and preparing challans. Ensuring timely payment and accurate deduction of TDS. Financial Reporting: Finalizing the balance sheet and preparing financial statements.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Client Management:Handling client queries related to taxation and accounting.Provi ding timely and accurate information to clients. Banking Relations:Handling bank queries regarding cash credit (CC) limits. Ensuring smooth banking operations and compliance with bank requirements. Management Information System: Preparing monthly management information system (MIS) reports.Analyzing financial data to support decision-making. Qualifications: Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/CMA Inter) with relevant experience. For CA Article: Must be cleared Intermediate Examinations and completed mandatory ITOC training. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities and team management experience. Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills. Experience for Semi-Qualified CA/CMA: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance roles. Experience in handling client and bank interactions. Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
