Job Title: Pricing and Accounts Specialist Department: Finance/Operations Location: Bangalore Reports To: [Associate Manager] Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Pricing and Accounts Specialist to join our BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pricing structures, handling accounts, and resolving customer queries efficiently. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless financial operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Pricing Management: Develop, review, and maintain pricing models and structures. Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with business goals. Accounts Handling: Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, invoicing, and financial reporting. Reconcile account discrepancies and perform regular audits to maintain data integrity. Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Query Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for client and internal queries related to pricing and accounts. Resolve issues promptly, providing clear explanations and solutions to customers and stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of queries, resolutions, and follow-ups. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline pricing and account management processes. Recommend and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 1+ years of experience in pricing, accounts, or a BPO environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM and ERP systems. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
