Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts Department: Finance Location: Durgapur Experience - Min 2 Years Qualification Required - CA Qualified Budget - Up to 15 LPA Job responsibilities: Banking Quarterly review of all process notes related to banking and regular updating in discussion with CFO Review of limit renewal/enhancement proposals as prepared by AM Submit the proposal to bank after getting inputs from CFO Review of all banking compliances documents as prepared by AM. To seek approval of CFO for all compliance document to be submitted to the bank Responsible for timely closure of audit/verification by banks Review of BG/FD MIS with CFO reviewing of all data & documents with proper coordination & Liaoning for all banking related matters within timelines. Review of rating related data sheet as submitted by AM and discuss the same with CFO prior to submission to rating agencies. Responsible for all Company’s rating related activities Finance Negotiate with financers and provide comparative IRR sheets to CFO and seek approval To arrange DO from the selected bank/NBFC Ensuring timely execution of financing agreements, review of documents to be submitted resolving all queries or issues raised by Financers Review of reconciliation of financer ledger with book of accounts and submit to CFO. To arrange timely NOC wherever the loans has been closed and ensure removal of charges from the MCA. To submit pending list to CFO on monthly basis. TDS Review of TDS liability and TDS returns. To ensure submission of all returns within due dates. Payment of TDS liabilities on monthly basis. To reply to any notices from the department related to TDS return. Accounts and Others Finalization of Balance Sheet and Tax Audit Report and its group companies Responsible for any CA certifications by the Company Reviewing all investments related documents & reconciling investments with book of accounts. Maintaining record in server in the prescribed format. Periodic review of job allocation in the team, reallocation thereof, if required, optimum utilization of available skill and personal development of team members and also responsible for developing 2nd line.
