Key Responsibilities: Account Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for managing key enterprise accounts , ensuring financial and sales goals are consistently met or exceeded. Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve and surpass revenue targets . Customer Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Success team to uncover new opportunities and deliver on customer expectations. Insights & Feedback: Provide actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance brand recall and drive sales growth. Experience Optimization: Analyze existing accounts to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and boosting customer satisfaction . Market Analysis: Conduct market research and recommend strategies for expanding within specific industry segments . Customer Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through regular interactions and exceptional support. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve escalated service issues. Proactive Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset , ensuring high levels of customer retention. Qualifications: Essential Skills: 8-10 years of experience in key/enterprise account management . Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and email-writing skills . Strong team player with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach . Desired Skills: Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Familiarity with analytical tools such as Tableau or similar. Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior analysis .
