About the role: The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients or customers. They serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that the clients needs and expectations are met while also identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with assigned clients. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients. Set and track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Address and resolve client issues, concerns, or complaints promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to find solutions and ensure client satisfaction Enhance the products utility and effectiveness Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Masters degree may be preferred). 6+ years proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Knowledge of the industry and the companys products or services.
