Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage financial reporting, including balance sheet finalization, profit & loss account preparation, and cash flow management. Conduct monthly end closing activities such as general ledger accounting and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting principles and corporate accounting standards. Prepare financial statements according to IFRS requirements. Perform balance sheet review and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in finance & accounts role with expertise in balance sheet finalization, financial reporting, GAAP accounting, etc. B.Com (Commerce) or Bachelor's degree (B.A) or Master's degree (M.com) in Any Specialization. Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, taxation laws applicable to the company's industry.
