• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks. • Maintain non-technical official and compliance-related documentation; assist with internal and external audits. • Review and process employee expense claims, advances, and reimbursements in coordination with HR and management. • Coordinate with clients on financial matters, including reporting, invoicing, and audit support. • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and administrative databases and documentation. • Collaborate with senior management on financial planning, strategy, and project execution. • Handle all responsibilities independently and take ownership of finance, accounts. • Perform any additional duties assigned to support business operations and management initiatives. • Support payroll accounting by ensuring accurate recording of salary payments, deductions, and statutory compliance Show more Show less
