Job Description

Role & responsibilities Good Working Knowledge in Accounting, able to comprehend and pass accounting entries and reconciliations. Work closely with Operations / Production teams and ensure timely collection of required inputs to process billing to clients. Validate all the inputs received for reasonableness, completeness and accuracy. Maintain and develop good relationship with customers. Resolve customer queries and escalations quickly with the guidance of the Manager. Ensuring error free billing process and timely deliverables. Sending Invoices to client within agreed timelines and as per client requirements Perform Periodical reconciliation between billing system (NAV) and accounting system (SAP). Passing of monthly accounting entries & review of GL accounts relating to billing strictly as per Calendar timelines Monitor and ensuring that all Intercompany accounts are reconciled, agreed with counter parties Preparing & maintaining pre and post documentations for all accounting entries posted. Other finance related task that may be assigned from time to time Preferred candidate profile Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the billing. Essential Qualifications: Commerce Graduate / PG Accounting Knowledge. Technical Qualifications: Technical Know-how of MS Office Suite including very good knowledge in MS Excel Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience, (experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable division of an ITES / BPO firms would be an added advantage) Organization Structure: Report to Manager Shared Services Work Schedule: Ability to work in flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts.
