Job Title: Senior Account Executive Company: Abhi impact Logistics Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type:Full-time Experience: 4-5 years (Preferred) salary: 35k ctc Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reconciliation, along with experience in handling logistics-related financial transactions. *Key Responsibilities:* - Accounting & Financial Management: - Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure proper documentation. - Prepare and analyze financial statements(P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.). - Ensure timely bank reconciliation statements and maintain accurate financial records. - Taxation & Compliance: - Handle GST filings, returns, and reconciliation. - Ensure compliance with TDS deductions, payments, and returns. - Stay updated on tax laws and accounting regulations. - Accounts Payable & Receivable: - Manage purchase and sales entries in *Tally* or relevant accounting software. - Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. - Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. - Logistics & Inventory Accounting: - Track freight payments, warehouse costs, and other logistics-related expenses. - Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and client billings. - Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth financial transactions. - Other Responsibilities: - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings. - Generate MIS reports for management review. - Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits. - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Education:* B.Com/M.Com/MBA in Finance or related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in Tally ERP. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation laws. - Expertise in bank reconciliation, purchase & sales accounting. - Familiarity with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). - Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
