Our client, a leader in Edtech is hiring for Sr Admission Counsellor.  Location: Ahmedabad Work Type: Full-time, On-site Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Student Counsellor with a background in EdTech sales to join our growing team. If you're a great communicator who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys helping students shape their futures, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads with 300 minutes of daily talk time Schedule and conduct a minimum of 5 video counselling sessions daily Convert leads through effective counselling and follow-up Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and MS Office tools Ensure 80% daily lead connection rate Achieve weekly revenue targets through high-conversion counselling Must Have Skills: Prior EdTech sales experience Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management Good to Have: Study Abroad experience or familiarity with international education systems Kindly share your resume with sukanya@zerosolution.in if interested.
