Key Responsibilities: AI Solution Development: Design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals. Deployment and Integration: Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including testing, deployment, and integration into production environments. Code Quality & Performance: Conduct code reviews and optimize system performance to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs. Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on AI trends and technologies, applying best practices to improve system architecture and development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in AI/ML development, with a proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI deployment. Familiar with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong skills in Git, version control, and debugging. Leadership experience, including code review. Good to Have Skills: Big Data: Experience with distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark). Interest or experience in cutting-edge AI research or specific areas like NLP or computer vision. Project Management: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps, etc.
