Designation: Senior Analyst – Data Science Level: L2 Experience: 3 to 6 years Location: Chennai Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with strong expertise in Python & GenAI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI solutions using cutting-edge models like GPT, LLaMA, and similar architectures. You will play a key role in developing AI-powered applications, tools, and workflows that solve real-world business problems. Responsibilities: Provision and configure the AI development environment, including Microsoft Azure resources, ensuring all necessary infrastructure for AI agent creation and deployment is in place. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using state-of-the-art generative AI models and frameworks. Customize AI agents to perform specific tasks such as natural language understanding, conversational AI, and decision support using frameworks like Langgraph, crewAI etc. Ingest and preprocess data from diverse sources to train and fine-tune AI models. Develop and optimize generative AI models by training on relevant datasets. Implement techniques for prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning to improve agent performance. Skills: Expertise in generative AI frameworks and agent development. Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, and Azure SQL Database. Solid understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, and data quality management. Experience in AI model evaluation, validation, and deployment. Ability to conduct security audits and implement data protection measures. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
