Senior Analyst: Designation: Senior Analyst Level: L2 Experience: 4 to 6 years Location: Chennai Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst with strong exposure in Data Science concepts along with good understanding of Consulting Domain to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products andservices. Develop and deploy machine learning models to extract insights anddrive data-driven decisions. Conductprimary and secondary research, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative datato generate valuable insights Translatecomplex concepts into clear, compelling artifacts, effectively communicatingbusiness solutions and strategic recommendations through engaging stories Serve as atrusted expert with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices andstandards, applying research methods and frameworks to substantiate therecommendations Ensureclear, consistent communication and maintain high levels of clientsatisfaction. Facilitate open feedback channels, both within the team and withclients, even in challenging situations Operateindependently with minimal supervision, managing client relationships andmaintaining a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs andexpectations. Leadbusiness presentations, showcasing creative concepts and introducing innovativeideas that drive value and inspire client confidence. Demonstratestrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applying logicalreasoning to develop innovative and practical solutions that align withbusiness objectives. Skills: Proficientin Data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, datavisualization Priormanagement consulting/advisory experience (4+ years) in Big 4 firm, businessconsulting units of large IT firms or data analytics firm Preferredqualifications include an MBA or equivalent advanced business degree C-levelpresentation experience & prior experience working for Fortune 100companies Hands-onexperience in business analytics, market research, and financial modelingpreferred Stronganalytical skills with expertise in data collection, trend analysis, and marketforecasting preferred Proficiencyin tools for market research, data analysis, and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to handle client engagementsindependently Provenability to deliver actionable insights and strategies based on data-drivenresearch Knowledgeof product and market positioning, particularly in the technology sector, is aplus.
