The Analyst role will be responsible for managing the processes and analytics required by the Global Procurement team under the direction of the Senior Manager of Performance Analytics. This will include reporting and analytics projects associated with sourcing, category management, generating various reports, and crafting and supervising various performance metrics which enables the Global Procurement team to achieve their goals. This position will involve gathe r ing, organizing, and preparing analyses from a variety of data sets and being able to identify and explain trends and patterns presented in the analy s is. This role will also support the preparation, setup, and execution of e-sourcing events under the supervision of our Sourcing teams. T his role is intended for so m eone who possesses t h e ability to m eet deadlin e s in a fast-paced environ m ent, deliver against project timelines, stay or g a n i zed, and deliver diligent work across various levels of the department. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and successful working in a highly collaborative environment. Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills will be required. . In this role typical day might include performing the following: Analytics - Must be able to work with data from multiple sources to identify trends, deliver high-quality analytics, and be able to story tell using data for the needs of category managers and others within Global Procurement. Metrics Reporting - Support the creation and maintenance of department level dashboards and various reports including performance metrics related to supplier/category/commodity spend, supplier diversity, purchase order activity, contracts, and RFI/RFPs results. E-sourcing Event Support and Reporting - Support the creation and set-up of e-sourcing events under the direction of the sourcing team and assist preparing the response and scoring output for review and analysis. Basic Project Manage m ent - Able to complete tasks on ti m e and handle individual deliverables with so m e mentorship while coordinating with others as vital to deliver own work. Relationship Manage m ent - Must have a good working collaborations in a sourcing or procurement capacity and able to communicate sophisticated info r m ation clearly and con c isely. Ability to identify the root-cause of problems and work with cross-functional team members to develop lasting solutions, Able to work a cross complementary team member groups, countries and cultures. and leverage takeaways to constantly improve processes and results. This job might be for you if you: Bachelor s degree in data Analytics or Computer Science, Procurement or Supply Chain, or Business Analysis and Reporting or related degree with related work experience in procurement, preferably for a Pharma/BioPharma company 5+ yrs of experience into Procurement Performance Analytics Strong understanding and capabilities working with data base systems and reporting tools including Qlik, Tableau, Power BI to build required analysis along with standard expertly tools such as MS Excel, Share point, and other related tools and technologies. Proven understanding ERP systems such as Oracle; and S2P platforms (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, Other) preferred.
