A Team Leader - Will be responsible for Payroll ERP system- Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP- Global View etc. Will be handling Inhouse Shared service Center or Global Business Services Experience. Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for US employees. Compliance & Regulations : Maintain compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor payroll team members, providing guidance and support. Payroll Auditing: Review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with HR, finance and external payroll vendors. Process Improvement: Identify and implement payroll process enhancements. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in US payroll processing and compliance. Knowledge of payroll software (e.g. ADP, Workday). Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of tax withholding, benefits and deductions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
