Position: Senior Application Engineer, Software Engineering Job Description: What You ll Be Doing: Lead and manage a team of application engineers to deliver advanced engineering design support for embedded system including microcontrollers/processors/FPGA platform and software solutions development. Develop embedded reference design and software engineering solution Verification, characterization, and documentation of procedures and standards Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities. Monitor and maintain the safety and quality of products, as well as write tests and development documentation. Design, develop, and document specifications throughout the project life cycle. Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects. Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests. Provide technical training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and knowledge. Foster team growth through mentoring and professional development. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronics/semiconductors, embedded systems, and FPGA design. Proven track record in embedded processor, FPGA and firmware software development. Experience managing engineering teams and resources. Strong knowledge of embedded systems and software development. Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead a diverse team of engineers. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
