Senior Architect

Job Description

Location: Bandra Kurla Complex Role & responsibilities Design and Drafting: Assist in creating conceptual and detailed architectural designs for projects. Prepare CAD drawings, 3D models, and renderings. Develop layouts and floor plans based on project requirements. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Coordinate with engineering teams (structural, MEP) to align architectural designs with technical requirements. Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing documentation for government approvals and permits. Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. Address design-related queries from contractors and provide solutions under guidance. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare design presentations for internal stakeholders and clients. Support the team in project reporting and documentation. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.) Experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development. Proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork & management skills. Attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset. 10-15 years' experience. Preferred: Knowledge of local building codes and regulations (DCPR). Experience with real estate or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
