Senior Architect

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D architectural drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and site layouts. Collaborate with clients to understand design needs, space planning, and functional requirements. Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and consultants. Prepare submission drawings for building approvals in compliance with local regulations. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for drawing integration. Ensure all drawings follow company standards and CAD best practices. Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) or equivalent drafting software. Strong attention to detail and understanding of residential design norms.
