1. Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design process, from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with the projects objectives, budget, and timelines. 2. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to develop comprehensive project plans and timelines. 3. Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions to inform the design and construction processes. 4. Code Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. 5. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or changes. 6. Sustainability: Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, emphasizing energy efficiency, eco-friendly materials, and green building practices. 7. Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that construction and design meet the highest standards. 8. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenses effectively. 9. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers within the team. Ideal Profile Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a focus on residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bangalore. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Commitment to sustainability and innovative design practices.
