Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & Planning: Lead architectural design projects from concept through completion. Develop and oversee project design standards, ensuring creativity, functionality, and sustainability. Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and 3D models to clients and stakeholders. Review and refine architectural designs to align with client needs and regulatory requirements. 2. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Oversee site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations. Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Lead and mentor junior architects and designers. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and government agencies as needed. Technical & Compliance: Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings. Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) to create detailed architectural models. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture. Experience: 8+ years of experience in architectural design and project management. Licensure: Licensed Architect (RA/AIA or equivalent) preferred. Software Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM software. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
