Role : Senior Associate / Associate ( General Corporate Advisory & Contract Review ) - Financial Services Company Location : Gurgaon Job Summary: The Individual is responsible for General Corporate Advisory & Contract Review for a Financial Services Organisation Responsibilities Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to the organisation on a wide range of advisory matters, including corporate structuring, compliance, and regulatory issues. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate law issues, regulations, and industry trends to support client engagements. Review and draft commercial contracts, legal opinions, memoranda, and advisory notes on corporate governance, company law, and regulatory compliance matters. Stay abreast of developments in corporate law, regulatory changes, and industry trends, and share insights with colleagues and clients as appropriate. Qualification & Experience LLM / LLB with 3-6 years experience, preferably from a reputed law firm Strong Analytical & Research Skills Detail Oriented. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
