Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java. Experience in Group Employee Benefits is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Core Java Hibernate and Springboot Microservices. Design and implement robust database solutions using SQL to ensure data integrity and performance. Create and manage REST APIs to facilitate seamless integration with various systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical expertise and support during the software development lifecycle from design to deployment. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Optimize application performance and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement. Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintenance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and improvement. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java.
