Empathy and sensitivity towards the concerns and questions of prospective students. 4. Attention to detail: Attention to detail to accurately evaluate candidate responses to the questions asked throughout the interview. 5. Ethical conduct: Maintain confidentiality, and impartiality, and adhere to ethical guidelines and approved SOPS throughout the interview process. 6. Time management: Ability to conduct multiple interviews, update the notes simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency with MS Office tools
