JOB OPENING Position: Senior Associate (IPR Team) Location: New Delhi Post Qualified Experience: 6+Years MAHESHWARI & CO. seeks a Corporate Associate for our Delhi office. Job Description Law graduates (LL.B.) from a recognized university, LLM (IP specialization) preferred 6+ years of relevant experience in an IP-focused legal role Strong knowledge of Indian and international IP laws Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with IP litigation and prosecution is a must Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal opinions. Communicate with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates and solutions. Advising clients on IP strategy, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs Drafting, filing, and prosecuting IP applications before the relevant authorities Handling IP litigation, oppositions, and enforcement actions Conducting IP audits, searches, and due diligence Liaising with domestic and international clients and IP offices Supervising junior associates and contributing to knowledge development What We Offer: Practical experience working with clients Supportive work culture Pro bono and community service opportunities Regular team events and monthly activities with exciting awards.
