Job Description

Responsibilities Manage content trackers for timely delivery and quality. Finalize learning plans based on objectives and feedback. Edit and refine lesson plans as needed. Create presentations, blogs, and social media content. Design pre- and post-assessments for training programs. Conduct training sessions on Values, Life Skills, and SEL. Facilitate parenting sessions on SEL and Values Education. Deliver weekly educator engagement videos. Lead values-based sessions in schools. Create and manage reports and educator assessments. Conduct classroom observations to ensure effective training implementation. Support teacher training events and school initiatives. Address training challenges via educator calls. Lead weekly parent engagement through video content. Provide feedback and updates to educators regularly. Analyze trends for improvement opportunities. Prepare observation and impact reports for stakeholders. Ensure quality through feedback and reviews. Contribute creative ideas to event and program design. Innovate strategies for parenting and educator engagement Qualification Criteria Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields from a recognized university. 2\u20133 years of experience in training, facilitation, content development, or program management in the education sector. Hands-on experience in teacher training, parenting workshops, or curriculum design is preferred Ideal Candidate Were looking for someone who has/is: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and virtual tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage. Strong analytical skills to interpret tracker data and assessments. Creativity in developing training materials, presentations, and social media content. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A mindset of initiative, adaptability, and readiness to take ownership of tasks. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and innovation. Self-motivated and committed to creating impactful educational experiences
