Senior Associate - MEP

Job Description The Junior Project Associate MEP will be responsible assisting project team for coordination, execution of Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Fire Alarm Public Address System, CCTV System, IT Network, BMS, Hot water System, Elevators, Audio Video System works. Work Progress follow-ups, Monitoring and controlling the work activities as per work schedules. Incoming Material inspection, certification. Inspections and certification of the executed work. Verification and certification of the field tests. Joint Measurements and certification of the executed works. Maintaining the documentations, maintain project records, logs, and reports related to MEP activities. Initiating procurement requisitions. Verification and certification of commissioning activities. Assist in reviewing MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications. Support the team in identifying technical issues and proposing solutions Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations. Assist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks. Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status. Support in preparing project documentation, e.g. reports, drawings, and specifications. Qualifications Education : Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience: 3-4 years of experience in MEP project management or a related field. Skills Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of MEP systems. Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Project). Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Other Requirements: Willingness to work on-site and adapt to project needs
