We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Metrics Analytics Analyst to join our Audit Analytics team within Internal Audit . This role is located in Pune/Chennai is Hybrid. In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Work with audit teams and fellow Data analysts to design self-service data products that enable auditors to more efficiently and effectively work with firm data and identify potential risk Support innovation and design of new tools for the department by understanding the audit lifecycle process Develop strategic solutions to aggregate, analyze and visualize data using a variety of technologies Gather requirements that help develop web services and web applications to make analytics solutions more accessible Help the division understand the tools, approaches and infrastructure available to them Assess data quality to understand potential of data sources, limitations or issues To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: 3+ years experience working in Data Analytics field with preference for experience in Financial Services Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Ability to communicate what is relevant and important in a clear and concise manner Hands-on experience with SQL, Tableau and Python Using Python to create applications showcasing the outcome of analytical projects using libraries like Streamlit , Matplot etc. Exposure to applying software development practices including version control, agile/scrum, requirements definition and implementation, testing and build/deployment Drive and motivation with the ability to handle multiple tasks and take initiative to improve personal performance At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
