We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Quality Engineer to join our Asset Servicing Engineering team. This role is in Pune, MH- HYBRID. In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and document any defects. Work independently and as part of a globally diverse team. Collaborate with the Product team to understand business requirements and achieve team goals. Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts Analyze and report test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement Apply security and privacy design principles and address vulnerabilities. To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following: A Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. Working experience in automation testing of web applications using selenium and java web drivers, TestNG and Cucumber. Proficiency in Functional Testing (End to End testing) for banking products, skills in analyzing the client requirements, delivery and documentation. Expertise in SDLC life cycle, Defect and Risk Analysis, automation script execution management and test reporting Excellent knowledge of SQL and database interactions Effective communication skills to articulate test strategies, findings and risk to the team.
