Role & responsibilities Create Placement Records in system Generate and distribute candidate, client and supplier contracts including extensions, renewals, amendments (if applicable) and terminations Distribute and update standard employment contracts Enter pay rate and charge rate data to nominated platforms Ensure all candidates and suppliers have received, signed and returned contracts Ensure salary and terms offered is compliant with the role and any other legislation Send assignment contract letter to candidates Email chases & escalations for outstanding contracts Book medical appointment for candidates Preferred candidate profile Graduate with experience in year administration/office-based environment Intermediate MS office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Proficient written and spoken English communication skills Previous experience of working in a shared services environment, with knowledge or experience of recruitment process is desirable Perks and benefits Both sides cab Meal Insurances Other benefits About Hays : Hays plc is a British multinational company providing recruitment and human resources services across 33 countries globally.
