Role Overview: This role will focus on refactoring and modernizing legacy backend logic in the Production Manager ERP system. The developer will modularize monolithic code, improve maintainability, and enhance documentation of business logic. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, refactor, and optimize legacy Laravel modules Identify code bottlenecks and technical debt areas Extract reusable services or modules where appropriate Write developer-friendly technical documentation Work closely with the client team to understand embedded business rules Required Skills: 10+ years of backend development with PHP, Laravel (9+) Strong understanding of modular design and service-oriented architectures Experience optimizing MySQL queries and relational models Proficient in debugging and reverse-engineering legacy systems Familiarity with containerized deployments (ECS/Docker) is a plus
