Position - Senior BDM / Director / AVP level - IT (German Speaking)- DACH Region IT Services Front-end, Direct Sales / Account Development experience for EU market Must have travelled to Europe German B1/B2 level India-based to start with. Shift to Germany / EU in 2 years subject to achieving consistent & growing revenue (Min Euro 2.0 M)) + good clientele + pipeline Location - Remote, Hyderabad,Ahmedabad,pune,chennai,kolkata. Education- UG: Computer / IT / Electronics Graduate (BE /B Tech / BS) PG: MBA / MS is not necessary, but advantage Key Responsibilities: Ownership of Year-on-Year and quarterly sales targets (Revenue & new client wins) End-to-end responsibility for new business development and Account Mining Must have hands on experience and proven successes in: Lead Generation Pursuits (Creation of Interest, delivering compelling plans & approach towards win) Closing Account Development / Mining Developing long-term, impressive Clientele and multi-year revenue streams MUST own-up and deliver impressive year-on-year revenue growth and client additions.
