BIM Engineer (Mechanical) Qualification : B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Engineer, specializing in mechanical systems. Technical Skills : Proficient in BIM tools and software, including: Essential : Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Office Suite Preferred : Civil 3D, Dynamo, Sherlock Experience with US Projects : Significant experience working on US-based BIM projects. Underground Utilities Modeling : Preferred experience in modeling underground utilities. Drawing Review : Skilled in reviewing mechanical system drawings and handling quantity change orders. 2. BIM Engineer (Plumbing) Qualification : B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Experience : 3-4 years of strong experience in BIM engineering, with a focus on plumbing systems. Technical Skills : Proficient in BIM tools and software, including: Essential : Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Office Suite Preferred : Civil 3D, Dynamo, Sherlock Experience with US Projects : Solid experience working on US-based projects in the BIM industry. Underground Utilities Modeling : Preferred experience in modeling underground utilities. Drawing Review : Strong ability to review plumbing system drawings and manage quantity change orders effectively.
