Process Analysis : Evaluate current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to decision-makers. Project Coordination : Work with project teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Solution Design & Testing : Develop and test business solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with business objectives before deployment. Documentation Management : Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business cases, process flows, functional specifications, user manuals, and testing protocol Scrum Facilitation : Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage sprint planning, and support agile practices within the team to ensure timely and effective delivery.
