Description We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders. Develop detailed project specifications and requirements documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, process maps, and user stories. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and validate requirements. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops. Provide training and support to end-users as needed. Skills and Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
